Entre currículos e plataformas educacionais : a precarização do trabalho dos professores de sociologia no Paraná

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa de dissertação de mestrado tem por finalidade analisar as condições de trabalho dos professores de Sociologia do estado do Paraná, com enfoque na aplicabilidade dos currículos e legislações pertinentes à educação básica. Parte-se da seguinte questão: Como a implementação da BNCC e do NEM intensificaram o processo de precarização do trabalho dos professores de Sociologia a partir da realidade do estado do Paraná? Ainda, o objetivo geral trata de: Compreender a trajetória da disciplina de Sociologia no currículo escolar e seus impactos na atuação docente e os objetivos específicos pretendem: 1) Apontar as legislações pertinentes ao campo educacional da Sociologia no Brasil e no Paraná, 2) Compreender como se constitui a estrutura da rede básica de ensino e a carreira dos professores das disciplinas de Sociologia no Paraná, 3) Levantar as condições materiais de trabalho de professores de Sociologia. Em relação ao desenvolvimento metodológico trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada e exploratória, com método misto, qualitativa e quantitativa, para tratamento dos dados, utilizando instrumentos como questionário e entrevista em profundidade. Entre os primeiros achados identificouse que as reformas curriculares em conjunto com a introdução das plataformas educacionais no Paraná contribuíram para precarizar e flexibilizar o trabalho dos professores de Sociologia deste estado.

Abstract: This master's thesis research aims to analyze the working conditions of Sociology teachers in the state of Paraná, focusing on the applicability of curricula and legislation relevant to basic education. It starts with the following question: How did the implementation of the BNCC and the NEM intensify the process of precarious work of Sociology teachers based on the reality of the state of Paraná? Furthermore, the general objective deals with: Understanding the trajectory of the Sociology discipline in the school curriculum and its impacts on teaching activities and the specific objectives aim to: 1) Point out the legislation pertinent to the educational field of Sociology in Brazil and Paraná, 2) Understand how the structure of the basic education network and the career of teachers of Sociology subjects are constituted in Paraná, 3) Survey the material working conditions of Sociology teachers. In relation to methodological development, this is an applied and exploratory research, with a mixed method, qualitative and quantitative, for data processing, using instruments such as questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Among the first findings, it was identified that curricular reforms together with the introduction of educational platforms in Paraná contributed to making the work of Sociology teachers in this state more precarious and more flexible.
