A participação feminina no espaço de poder na Guiné-Bissau : uma abordagem sobre relações de parentesco/família no campo político

Abstract

Resumo: A família é uma entidade extremamente importante na tradição guineense, ocupando um lugar sagrado no topo da hierarquia social. A devoção e a responsabilidade atribuídas às mulheres com objetivo de manter essa aliança tradicional as colocam como peças fundamentais desse jogo que envolve poder, hierarquia, capital social e sentimentos de pertencimento. O presente trabalho pretende averiguar a participação feminina no espaço de poder político na Guiné- Bissau e as que puseram a sua independência a serviço afirmativa da família pertencente a classe dominante tradicional, nesta perspectiva, é necessário analisar papel social e político das mulheres na formação e reprodução dessa aliança no espaço de poder desde período da luta pela independência da Guiné-Bissau até dias atuais. Para tal análise, ressalto os principais aspectos biográficos de suas trajetórias individuais e, quando for o caso, de familiares que fazem parte da formação da classe dominante tradicional que ocuparam e ainda estão no espaço de poder por serem antigos combatentes da liberdade da pátria guineense contra a colonização portuguesa. A reflexão está baseada em livros, artigos sobre feminina no espaço de poder, nas obras sobre a construção da classe dominante tradicional, informações obtidas pelos membros do partido político e no trabalho de campo realizada em Guiné-Bissau.

Abstract: The family is an extremely important entity in the Bissau Guinean people tradition, occupying a sacred place at the top of the social hierarchy. The devotion and responsibility attributed to women in order to maintain this traditional alliance place them as fundamental pieces of this game that involves power, hierarchy, social capital and feelings of belonging. This work aims to investigate the participation of women in the area of political power in Guinea-Bissau and those who have placed their independence in the affirmative service of the family belonging to the traditional ruling class, in this perspective, it is necessary to analyze the social and political role of women in the formation and reproduction of this alliance in the space of power from the period of the struggle for independence of Guinea-Bissau to the present day. For such analysis, I highlight the main biographical aspects of their individual trajectories and, where appropriate, family members who are part of the formation of the traditional ruling class that they have occupied and are still in power because they are former freedom fighters of the Guinean homeland against Portuguese colonization. The reflection is based on books, articles on women in the power space, works on the construction of the traditional ruling class, information obtained by members of the political party and the fieldwork carried out in Guinea-Bissau.
