Vozes da Cuiabania : identidade e globalização no rasqueado cuiabano

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho versa a respeito das identidades cuiabanas enquanto representações. Coloca em diálogo, algumas "vozes" da cuiabania, sobretudo aquelas que têm se dedicado à produção do Rasqueado. Busca descrever quem são os atores sociais vinculados a este tipo de música e como se articulam em sua trajetória, seus projetos individuais e coletivos. Investiga algumas das representações de identidade cuiabana veiculadas nas letras de rasqueado. Finalmente, procura demonstrar que através do entrelaçamento entre unidade e diversidade, modernidade e tradição, global e local, produzem-se algumas transformações na forma como as identidades cuiabanas vêm sendo representadas e ritualizadas.

Abstract: This study concerns the cuiabana identities while representations. It places into dialogues, some voices of the cuiabania. above all those who have dedicated themselves to the Rasqueado production. It searches to describe who are the social actors linked to this type of music and how they articulate within their trajectory, their individual and collective projects. It investigated some of the representations of the cuiabana identity expressed on the words of the rasqueado. Finally, it seeks to demonstrate that through the interweaving of unity and diversity, modernity and tradition, global and local, some transformations are produced in the form of how the cuiabana identities have been represented and ritualized.
