Conselho Nacional de Justiça - CNJ : compreendendo os agentes da intituição no período de 2005 à 2020

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho era entender a formação do CNJ dentro de uma perspectiva prosopográfica e como isso influencia a interação dos agentes e a atuação da instituição. A principal hipótese que orientou a pesquisa foi a de que capitais familiares permeiam todas as instituições públicas jurídicas e políticas do país, sendo o CNJ uma amostragem abrangente, pois possui membros oriundos de todos os quadros de dentro do Poder Judiciário e de quadros externos a ele. Desta forma buscou-se identificar a genealogia dos membros do CNJ e seu pertencimento às famílias tradicionais jurídico-politicas. Buscou-se ainda identificar toda a estrutura do Poder Judiciário a fim de compreender de onde vêm os agentes e qual a sua força dentro da Instituição de origem. Abstract: The objective of this work was to understand the formation of the CNJ from a prosopographic perspective and how it influences the interaction of the agents and the performance of the institution. The main hypothesis that guided the research was that family capitals permeate all public legal and political institutions in the country, with the CNJ being a comprehensive sample, as it has members from all staff from within the Judiciary and from staff external to it. In this way, we sought to identify the genealogy of CNJ members and their belonging to traditional legal-political families. It also sought to identify the entire structure of the Judiciary in order to understand where the agents come from and what their strength is within the institution of origin.
