O feitiço da organizaçao novas relaçoes de trabalho : um estudo de caso

Abstract

Resumo: Esta dissertação se insere no campo da chamada sociologia do trabalho, e tem como aspiração a compreensão e o entendimento da mudança que se processa no mundo do trabalho e dos seus elementos inovadores; aqueles que mesmo não hegemônicos, são anunciadores da nova dinâmica que se instaura e aos poucos vai se impondo. A nossa opção para o estudo, análise e exame da mudança que se processa no 'novo' mundo do trabalho, se dá através de um estudo de caso no qual o objeto de pesquisa é uma organização fabril, a Siemens Metering, uma unidade da holding Inepar. A dissertação parte da conjetura de que a organização estudada é tributária da grande mudança que se processa no capitalismo nesta transição do século e, particularmente no que se refere à mudança do trabalho. Acreditamos que a organização - objeto de nossa pesquisa - condensa em seu microcosmo a mudança que se percebe no macrocosmo da feérica transformação da realidade fabril.

Abstract: This dissertation deals with the field of the so called labor sociology, and it aims at knowing and understanding the transformation that occurs in the world of labor, as well as of its innovative elements; those which, even if not hegemonic, announce the new dynamics that are being established and, little by little, applied. Our option for the study, analysis and exam of the transformation occurring in the 'new' world of labor is carried out by means of a case study in which the research object is an industrial organization, Siemens Metering, an unit of the INEPAR holding. The dissertation starts from the assumption that the surveyed organization is tributary to the big change that is being processed in capitalism in the present transition of the century, with a specific reference to changes in labor. We believe that the organization - object of our research - condenses in its microcosm the transformation that is noticed in the macrocosm of the startling changes in industrial reality.
