O que a voz e os silêncios dizem : experiências e processos de subjetivação de mulheres negras no Paraná

Abstract

Resumo: A pesquisa busca uma abordagem qualitativa dos processos de subjetivação em suas imbricações de raça e gênero. Para tanto toma como como objeto de análise a história de vida de mulheres negras residentes em Curitiba e Região Metropolitana. Para fins desta pesquisa foram selecionadas mulheres negras com idade entre quarenta e sessenta anos. Agregaram-se ainda dois critérios a auto identificação como negra e inicialmente a atuação em movimentos sociais. São analisadas cinco entrevistas realizadas com mulheres negras selecionadas a partir dos critérios acima. Tendo como objetivos conhecer as experiências das mulheres negras, bem como compreender os sentidos das ações e das experiências destes sujeitos; as condições nas quais estas experiências ocorrem e como estas mulheres produzem sua subjetividade ao longo de sua trajetória de vida. Este trabalho toma as epistemologias feministas e étnicas como norteadoras do processo de produção do conhecimento. A metodologia utilizada foi a de histórias de vidas, tendo como única fonte as entrevistas. A partir da análise do conteúdo das narrativas foram construídas cinco grandes categorias família de origem; escola/educação; trabalho, subjetividades e ativismo como as mais recorrentes nas narrativas e cujos conteúdo das narrativas acerca de cada tema são abordados ao longo de texto. Concluiu-se que as mulheres negras produzem suas subjetividades subvertendo e reorganizando reflexivamente suas posições de sujeitos, bem como suas práticas e ações nas diferentes esferas de suas vidas Palavras-chaves: raça, gênero, subjetividade, identidades, mulheres negras.

Abstract: The present work seeks a qualitative approach to the processes of subjectivation in its imbrications of race and gender. In order to do so, it takes as object of analysis the life history of black women residing in Curitiba and Metropolitan Region. For the purpose of this research were selected black women between the ages of forty and sixty. Two criteria were added to self-identification as black and initially to action in social movements. Five interviews with black women selected from the above criteria are analyzed. Its objectives are to know the experiences of black women, as well as to understand the senses of the actions and experiences of these subjects; the conditions under which these experiences occur and how these women produce their subjectivity throughout their life trajectory. This work takes feminist and ethnic epistemologies as guides to the process of knowledge production. The methodology used was the one of histories of lives, having as only source the interviews. From the analysis of the content of the narratives were constructed five major family categories of origin; school / education; work, subjectivities and activism as the most recurrent in the narratives and whose content of the narratives about each theme are approached throughout the text. It was concluded that black women produce their subjectivities by subverting and reflexively rearranging their subjects' positions, as well as their practices and actions in the different spheres of their lives.
