Desindustrialização no Brasil : uma síntese do debate na literatura nacional

Abstract

Resumo: O presente estudo tem por objetivo realizar uma síntese teórica a respeito do debate travado sobre a tese da desindustrialização no Brasil. Para alcançar tal finalidade será abordado inicialmente o processo de desenvolvimento econômico nos países desenvolvidos que levou estas nações a se desindustrializarem de modo natural. Posteriormente, será realizada avaliação das publicações mais relevantes no país que tratam como tema central a desindustrialização no período de 2002 a 2014. Deste modo, discorreremos sobre as posições, argumentações e causas elencadas pelos teóricos, que nos permitem classificá-los em três grupos diferentes em relação à tese da desindustrialização no Brasil: favoráveis à tese da desindustrialização; contrários à tese da desindustrialização; e por fim, aqueles que mesmo sendo contrários a existência de tal fenômeno, argumentam que veem com preocupação a possibilidade da deflagração de tal processo no futuro. Abstract: This present study have the objective of make a theoretical synthesis about the debate envolving the thesis of Brazil's deindustrialization process. To reach this objetive will be initially presented the development process of the developed countries which naturally led this nations to the deindustrialization. Later will be carried out an evaluation of the most relevant publications in Brazil that deal with the deindustrialization theme from 2002 until 2014. Thus, we will discuss about the positions, argumentations and causes choosen by the theoreticals, which will allow us classify then in three different related groups about the brazilian deindustrialization thesis: the ones that agrees with the thesis; the ones against the thesis; and at last, the ones that even being against the existance of such phenomenon, argue that sees with preoccupation the possibility of this process will going to happen in the future.
