Esboço para interpretação do dilema de Jacobi

Abstract

Resumo: A presente dissertação tem como meta uma interpretação da disputa filosófica entre Jacobi e Kant, a qual abre caminho para as mais diversas reverberações e imposições da filosofia transcendental ao longo dos últimos dois séculos. Reconstruídas as bases desse debate em concepções distintas de tempo, conforme desenvolvidas por Jacobi e por Kant, pretende-se mostrar que esses dois filósofos são conduzidos a diagnósticos diferentes tanto acerca daquilo que se submete ao tempo quanto no concernente àquilo que o ultrapassa. Resultaria daí suas dessemelhantes concepções acerca do que seria próprio ao homem, a partir das quais os dois filósofos se enxergam mutuamente como passos ou desvios na realização humana final. Contudo, levanta-se a hipótese de que isso não seria possível se não houvesse, na base desse dissídio, uma implícita concordância acerca da estrutura do tempo, do modo de ser do homem, bem como da realização deste último mediante uma relação com o eterno. Pretende-se, com isso, mostrar que, por detrás dessa peleja filosófica, se encontra uma divergência quanto a uma comum decisão pelo sentido do humano e do propriamente humano, que exclui, por princípio, tudo aquilo que fica então relegado ao não humano ou ao humano impróprio.

Abstract: The present dissertation has as its goal an interpretation of the philosophical dispute between Jacobi and Kant, which opens the pathways to the most diverse reverberations and impositions of the transcendental philosophy during the last two centuries. Having the basis of this debate rebuilt upon distinct conceptions of time, as they are developed by Jacobi and Kant, it intends to show that both of these philosophers are conducted to different diagnostics as about what is submitted to time as concerning what surpasses it. It would result from that the dissimilar conceptions about what would be proper to humans, from which they see each other as steps or drifts in the final realization of men. Although, it raises the hypothesis that it would not be possible if there was not, in the basis of this dissidence, an implicit concordance about the structure of time, about the being of men, just as much as about the human realization consumed through a relationship with the eternal. It intends, by that, to show that, behind this philosophical battle, there is a divergence concerning a common decision of the sense of the human and of the proper human, which excludes, by principle, everything else which is so relegated to the non human or to the improper human.
