Diretrizes visando a melhoria de projetos e soluções construtivas nas expansão de habitações de interesse social

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma contribuição às instituições e profissionais envolvidos na concepção e produção de habitações de interesse social, no sentido de desenvolver soluções de melhorias na expansão de habitações de interesse social. A dissertação representa também uma continuidade da linha de pesquisa sobre a expansibilidade e aspectos de flexibilidade no projeto da habitação de interesse social, ora em desenvolvimento no Programa de Pós-graduação em Construção Civil. Através do método de estudo de caso, foi elaborada uma lista de verificação de diretrizes de expansão da habitação de interesse social, que permitiu a avaliação do desempenho quanto aos atributos de adaptação ao uso e a soluções construtivas adotadas, por meio de observações e registros realizados em dois conjuntos habitacionais produzidos pela Companhia de Habitação do Paraná — COHAPAR—na cidade Pato Branco. Através do estudo realizado, foi possível identificar e sugerir diretrizes de expansão visando a melhoria das ações construtivas de expansão das habitações de interesse social, realizadas pelos próprios usuários.

Abstract: This study aims to present a contribution to the institutions and professionals involvedin the conception and production of inhabitancies of social interest with the aim of developing improvement solutions in the expansion of habitations of social concerning. The thesis also represents a continuation of the research field about the expansibility and aspects of flexibility in the project of the social home, indevelopment in the Program of Post-graduation in civil construction. Throught the methodology of the case study, it was elaborated a list of verification of the directives of expansion of the habitation of social interest which permitted the evaluation of the performance concerning attributes on the adaptations to the use and to constructed adopted solutions, by observations and registers accomplished in two houses projects constructed by Companhia de Habitacao do Paraná — COHAPAR—, situated in Pato Branco. By means of study it was possible identify and suggest the expansion directives aiming the improvement of the expansion of constructive actions of the habitation of social interest, carried out by the users themselves.
