Sazonalidade e testes de eficácia com drogas contra o Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer, 1778) e Ornithonyssus sylviarum (canestrini e fanzago, 1877) nas granjas de postura da região metropolitana de Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo: Este estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de determinar a sazonalidade e a ocorrência do Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer, 1778) e Ornithonyssus sylviarum (Canestrini e Fanzago, 1887) que ocorrem em aviários de postura (460.000 aves) da região metropolitana de Curitiba (Araucária, São José dos Pinhais, Campo Magro e Pinhais), Paraná, nas quatro estações do ano (2000-2001). As amostras de ácaros foram coletadas das instalações e das aves e identificados após clarificação com Creosoto de Faya. Na maioria das granjas visitadas, ou seja, 83,3% foi encontrado o ácaro D. gallinae nas estações: inverno e primavera. O O. sylviarum foi encontrado nas referidas estações em 16,6% das granjas. Já para o Menopon gallinae foi em 16,6% das granjas nas estações: inverno, verão e outono. Também realizou-se testes laboratoriais de sensibilidade com aplicação do teste estatístico de Probit contra o ácaro D. gallinae com o Amitraz, óleo mineral Assist, óleo de Neem, Butox®, D.D.V.P. e folha de fumo. O D.D.V.P. diluído em óleo (DL50=314,15 ppm), mostrou-se ser mais eficaz que o Amitraz diluído em óleo (DL50=347,24 ppm) e a Deltametrina diluída em óleo (DL50=389,57 ppm). O óleo mineral Assist proporcionou uma mortalidade de 15% e a infusão com folhas de fumo uma mortalidade de 20% e a DL 50 do óleo de Neem foi de 42,86%. O produto organofosforado apresentou melhor desempenho frente ao D. gallinae que a formamidina e o piretróide. Abstract: This research has the objective to demonstrate the seasonality and the occurrence of the Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer,1778) and Ornithonyssus sylviarum (Canestrini e Fanzago, 1887) that appears in poultry farms (460.000 birds) of the metropolitan region of Curitiba (Araucária, São José dos Pinhais, Campo Magro e Pinhais), Paraná, in the four seasons of the year (200 - 2001). The samples of the mites where collected from premises and bird facilities and identidied after clarification with Faya of creosoto. In the majority of the farms visited, or in 83,3% was found the mite Dermanyssus gallinae during summer and spring. The Ornithonyssus sylviarum was found during these seasons in 16,6% the farms. The Menopon gallinae was found in 16,6% the farms during winter, summer e fall. Laboratories tests of sensibility where made with the application of the statistics test of the Probit against the mite Dermanyssus gallinae with the Amitraz, Assist oil, Butox, D.D.V.P. and tabacco leaves. The D.D.V.P. diluted in oil (DL50=314,15 ppm) was more effective than the Amitraz diluted in oil (DL50=347,24 ppm) an the Deltamethrin diluited in oil (DL50=389,57 ppm). The oil Assist promoted a mortality of 15% and the infusion with tobacco leaves a mortality of 20% and the DL50 of Neem oil 42,86%.
