Araucária / PR : planejamento urbano e representações sociais

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as representações sociais oriundas das ações do Planejamento Urbano em um dos bairros do Quadro Urbano do Município de Araucária / PR. Tais representações emergem meio a um turbilhão de informações, percepções e relações sociais inerentes à prática social dos moradores do bairro, que em seu cotidiano subtraem informações dos mais variados meios, inclusive das ações de poder, e constroem com base nisso seu referencial imagético. Sendo assim, as representações tratadas neste trabalho de pesquisa se dão num espaço simbólico, que é tão real quanto o espaço geográfico (BOURDIEU, 2003), ou seja, um espaço de relações, que para o trabalho desenvolvido, atuou como elo entre as representações sociais e a geografia, tomando como base cuidados epistemológicos que se deve ter, visto que este espaço é social. Então, foi utilizada a Teoria das Representações Sociais (MOSCOVICI, 2007) e o conceito de espaço de relações (BOURDIEU, 2003) para dar conta das relações estabelecidas entre a população do bairro Capela Velha, sua prática social e as ações do poder público municipal, num local onde o conflito de usos (gerado pela proximidade entre a zona residencial e a zona industrial) se faz presente no imaginário dos moradores. Deste modo o espaço é permeado pelas relações que se travam em seu interior, relações estas que se encontram fluidas nas representações sociais. A cultura permeia tais relações, fazendo com que se concretizem na prática social, ganhando coerência nas relações da sociedade com o espaço, pois como coloca Claval (2002) as relações que se dão entre a sociedade e o ambiente corroboram para a transformação deste espaço, que além de ser físico também é simbólico (CLAVAL, 1999). Sendo assim, se procurou argumentar por um espaço de relações que confronte o real (representado por aquilo que deveria ser, ou seja, as normatizações do poder legal) e a realidade (representado por aquilo que se mostra aos olhos, que existe na prática, ou seja, a prática social dos moradores) e que ao mesmo tempo em que são contraditórios são complementares e atuam juntos na construção e transformação da realidade. Este espaço de relações se coloca como uma estrutura que contém partes dos dois segmentos, que ancorados em situações tradicionais se objetivam em práticas presenciadas e refletidas por todos os que de algum modo vivenciam o bairro.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the social representations from the shares of Urban Planning at one of the neighborhoods of the Urban Table in Araucaria / PR. Such representations emerge means a whirlwind of information, perceptions and social relationships inherent in the social practice of the residents of the neighborhood, in your daily life slip information of several means, including the shares of power, and build on that basis its benchmark imaging. Thus, the representations treated in this research work is given a symbolic space, which is as real as the geographical area (BOURDIEU, 2003), an area of relations, which for the work, he served as a link between the representations and social geography, on the basis that epistemological care must be taken, since this space is social. Then, we used the Theory of Social Representations (MOSCOVICI, 2007) and the concept of space-relations (BOURDIEU, 2003) to account for the relationship between the population of the Old Chapel neighborhood, their social practice and the actions of municipal authorities, a place where the conflict of uses (generated by the proximity of the residential area and industrial area) is present in the imagination of the residents. Thus space is permeated by relations that are slowing in its interior, these relationships that are fluid in the social representations. The culture permeates these relationships, so that is realized in social practice and gained consistency in the relations of society with the space, as it puts Claval (2002) the relationships that occur between society and environment to support transformation of this space, which besides being physical is also symbolic (CLAVAL, 1999). So we tried arguing with a space of relationships that confront the real (represented by what should be, or the regulations of legal power) and reality (represented by what appears to the eye, which exists in practice, or is the social practice of the residents) and at the same time that are contradictory are complementary and work together in the construction and transformation of reality. This area of relationship arises as a structure that contains parts of two segments, which anchored in situations where traditional practices aimed at presence and reflected by those who in some way experience the neighborhood.
