Percepção de educadores sobre inteligência emocional como práxis do conhecimento no ambiente escolar

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Rede Nacional para Ensino das Ciências Ambientais - Mestrado em Ensino das Ciências Ambientais - Polo UFPR, na linha de pesquisa "Ambiente e Sociedade", tem por objetivo de estudo a Inteligência Emocional (IE) na educação infantil. Analisou-se na Rede Municipal de Educação Infantil de Paranaguá-PR, a percepção do conhecimento sobre inteligência emocional e o como ocorre a práxis no ambiente escolar. Esta pesquisa configura um estudo de caso, cuja abordagem é qualitativa, descritiva, exploratória, e com uma fundamentação teórica e epistemológica está apoiada nas bases da Teoria da Inteligência Emocional. Partiu-se do levantamento bibliográfico e documental; posteriormente, a coleta de dados de campo, como observador participante, utilizando o diário de bordo para registro, além das entrevistas coletivas guiadas por um roteiro semiestruturado, com educadores infantis do Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil. A partir dos dados coletados, foram analisadas, a percepção e a compreensão dos sujeitos da pesquisa acerca da IE; de que forma a IE está contemplada no Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) da Secretaria de Educação Municipal e no Currículo Municipal da Educação Infantil do CMEI em estudo. A partir deste contexto, verificou-se a relevância de tal conhecimento, a fim de observar e reafirmar sua influência no âmbito escolar, bem como as nuances causadas na aprendizagem do grupo de educadores e nos educandos. Abstract: This research developed in the Program of After-Graduation in National Net for Education of Ambient Sciences - Mestrado in Education of Ambient Sciences - Polo UFPR, in the line of Surrounding research "and Society", has for study objective Inteligência Emocional (IE) in the infantile education. It was analyzed in the Municipal Net of Infantile Education of Paranaguá-PR, the perception of the knowledge on emotional intelligence and as it occurs the práxis in the pertaining to school environment. This research configures a case study, whose boarding is qualitative, descriptive, exploratória, and with a theoretical and epistemológica recital it is supported in the bases of the Theory of Emotional Intelligence. It was broken of the bibliographical and documentary survey; later, the collection of field data, as observing participant, using the target log book for register, beyond the press conferences guided by a semistructuralized script, with infantile educators of the Municipal Center of Infantile Education. From the collected data, they had been analyzed, the perception and the understanding of the citizens of the research concerning the IE; of that it forms the IE is contemplated in Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) of the Secretariat of Municipal Education and in the Municipal Resume of the Infantile Education of the CMEI in study. From this context, it was verified relevance of such knowledge, in order to observe and to reaffirm its influence in the pertaining to school scope, as well as nuances caused in the learning of the group of educators and in the educandos.
