Emiliano Perneta : vida e poesia de província?

Abstract

Resumo: Estudo analítico da vida e poesia do paranaense Emiliano Perneta (1866-1921), buscando as relações dialógicas entre os sujeitos, textos e contextos pertinentes. No primeiro capítulo, apresentamos um perfil biográfico e crítico, com atenção a contextos históricos e culturais, e estendendo-se à fortuna crítica do poeta até o momento presente. No segundo capítulo, empreendemos análises descritivas e críticas de todos os poemas publicados em livro e de mais catorze poemas esparsos. A totalidade desses textos poéticos encontra-se aqui re-editada no volume anexo, com atualização ortográfica e revisão a partir de confronto com todas as respectivas edições originais e re-edições publicadas. E no terceiro capítulo, buscamos nossa discussão final desta pesquisa e das análises empreendidas, seguida de considerações finais, para assim constituir este trabalho como tese. Esta se configura como constatação de que a vida e poesia de Emiliano Perneta são modelares e fundamentais para a compreensão tanto da cultura paranaense, quanto mais especialmente do que se pode afinal definir e circunscrever como a literatura paranaense. Abstract: Analytical study of the life and poetry of Emiliano Perneta (Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, 1866-1921), seeking the dialogical relations between the relevant subjects, texts and contexts. In the first chapter, we present a biographical and critical profile, with attention to historical and cultural contexts, and extending to the critical fortune of the poet until this date. In the second chapter, we undertook descriptive and critical analyses of all his poems published in books, plus fourteen poems published elsewhere. The totality of these poetic texts is here re-edited in the annex volume, with spell updating and revision by confrontation with all the original editions and re-editions. And in the third chapter, we seek our final discussion of this research and the analysis undertaken, followed by closing remarks, so as to constitute this work as a thesis. Such thesis is configured with the statement that the life and poetry of Emiliano Perneta are exemplary and essential to understanding both the culture from Paraná, and especially that which one can ultimately define and circumscribe as the literature from Paraná.
