The research results show that the financial institutions analyzed are using intensively the consumer's information therefore they are taking benefits from the advantages that these kind of practices can propitiate. About the information's use for the strategic decision through the evaluation of bank's segmentation strategies, this report concludes that as more used the client's information as higher the need to divide them for some types of actions. Moreover, this occurs to better define the actions. Speaking about the information use by relationship marketing strategies was noticed that banks use different information to define such strategies and also they understand the relationship marketing concept in different ways.
