Estratégia e relaçoes em arranjos produtivos do ramo de confecçoes e seus efeitos sobre as cadeias de valor das empresas participantes : os casos do consórcio de Maringá e do projeto setorial integrado de Apucarana

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa consistiu em verificar quais os efeitos das estratégias e relações de arranjos produtivos do ramo de confecções sobre a cadeia de valor das empresas participantes de um Consórcio de Exportação na Cidade de Maringá e de um Projeto Integrado Setorial na Cidade de Apucarana, no norte do Paraná. Conforme o referencial teórico pesquisado, este estudo pode ser caracterizado como estudo de dois casos, sendo que os dados foram coletados por intermédio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, observação não-participante e análise documental. O tratamento dos dados foi descritivo-qualitativa, uma vez que se utilizou a análise de conteúdo e a análise documental para caracterizar as categorias analíticas em estudo e encontrar os efeitos, conforme a intenção do trabalho. Os dados analisados revelam que as estratégias das empresas são independentes da estratégia do arranjo produtivo em ambos os casos. Entretanto, as relações entre as empresas que fazem parte dos arranjos são fontes importantes de informação e busca de melhoria, tanto coletiva como individual, além de garantir melhores condições de negociação e que recaem em oferecer custos competitivos. Dessa forma percebe-se que as micro, pequenas e médias empresas estão se preocupando em assegurar seu espaço, por meio destas relações e procurando se agrupar em arranjos como os estudados para se manterem e se desenvolverem no mercado nacional e se posicionarem no mercado internacional.

Abstract: This survey objective consisted of verifying the effect of the strategies and relations of enterprise arrangements of the branch of confections on the chain of value of the participant companies of the Consortia of Exportation in the City of Maringá and of the Integrated Sectorial Project in the City of Apucarana, both in the North Paraná. As the theoretical referencial searched this study can be characterized as study of two cases, being that the data had been collected by half-structured interviews, no participant observation and documentary analysis. The treatment of the data was qualitative-description, using the analysis of content and the documentary to characterize the analytical categories in the study and to find the effect, as the main intention of the research. The analysed data however disclose that the strategies if the companies are independent of the strategy of the enterprise arrangements in both the cases, the relations between the companies wich are part of the arrangement are important sources of information and search of collective and individual improvement ways besides guarantee better conditions of negotiation and that result into guarantee competitive costs. From this form it was noticed that micro, small and medium enterprises companies are worrying in support their space, by the of these relations and looking for grouping themselves arrangements as the studies ones to improving the national market and to find new markets in the exterior.
