A representação social da Copa do Mundo de Futebol da Fifa 2014 em Curitiba (Paraná, Brasil)

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar quais as representações sociais do megaevento Copa do Mundo de Futebol da FIFA 2014 na cidade de Curitiba, através das territorialidades construídas pelos sujeitos que vivem no entorno do estádio Joaquim Américo Guimarães. Por meio de uma análise dos conceitos geográficos dentro de uma abordagem cultural relacionando o fenômeno esportivo e o turístico, analisa-se a cultura através da linguagem que disseminada através das relações sociais contribui para uma compreensão da teoria das representações sociais de Moscovici (2003). Os possíveis legados econômicos, sociais e culturais, bem como a infraestrutura que a cidade receberá ao ser sede do megaevento, transformando o território urbano, contribuem para o surgimento de novas representações sociais, manifestadas pela territorialidade dos atores socioespaciais, analisada através do DSC - Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo de Léfreve e Léfreve (2010).

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the social representations of the mega event 2014 FIFA World Cup in Curitiba, through the territoriality built by individuals who live around the stadium Joaquim Américo Guimarães. Through an analysis of geographical concepts within a cultural approach relating the phenomenon of sport and tourism, it looks at culture through a spread language through social relations, which contributes to an understanding of the theory of social representations of Moscovici (2003). The possible economic, social and cultural legacies, as well as, the infrastructure that the city will receive being the host of the mega event, that will transform the urban territory and contribute to the emergence of new social representations, expressed by the territoriality of the sociospatial actors, analyzed using DSC - Speech of Collective Subject by Lefevre and Lefevre (2010).
