Rádio escola : uma sintonia no ar...

Resumo: Pesquisa qualitativa que buscou compreender o sentido da rádio escola para os alunos que dela participaram e o impacto percebido por eles na aprendizagem escolar. Para tanto, apoiou-se nos estudos da interface comunicação e educação, privilegiando os autores CITELLI(2000, 2002), KAPLÚN (1995), GOHN (2006), SOARES (1999), BRAGA & CALAZANS (2001). Recorreu à história do rádio educativo descrita por MEDITSCH (2001), ASSUNPÇÃO (1999), AMARANTE (2004), COGO (1998) elucidando as contribuições do rádio para a educação e descreveu a linguagem radiofônica conforme ORTRIWANO (1985), LIMA & PEREIRA (2007); BARBOSA FILHO (2003), SILVA (1999), KAPLÚN (1995, 2003) demonstrando o funcionamento de uma rádio na escola. Realizou-se acompanhamento do processo de implantação de uma rádio escola no período de setembro a dezembro de 2007, especialmente as oficinas de capacitação para os alunos de uma escola pública da cidade de Curitiba. Através de observação participante, aplicação de questionários, entrevistas, registro etnográfico e análise documental descreveu as inquietudes, as negociações, os limites e alcances para a instalação da rádio, bem como os modos de produção radiofônica realizada pelos alunos sob a orientação de uma instituição parceira da escola. Constatou-se que a produção dos programas estimulou o trabalho em equipe, a autonomia, o respeito à diversidade cultural, potencializando o protagonismo adolescente e ressaltou a importância da educomunicação no ambiente escolar. Abstract: This paper is aimed to study the relevance of a radio-school to students in the process of learning. It was based upon the communication-education interface, history of the radio and radio-phonic language. Therefore, it was based upon applications of communication-education interface, favouring the authors CITELLI(2000, 2002), KAPLÚN (1995), GOHN (2006), SOARES (1999), BRAGA & CALAZANS (2001). It has refered to the history of educative radio, described by MEDITSCH (2001), ASSUNPÇÃO (1999), AMARANTE (2004), COGO (1998) elucidating the contributions of the radio for education and it has
described the radiophonic language acording to ORTRIWANO (1985), LIMA & PEREIRA (2007); BARBOSA FILHO (2003), SILVA (1999), KAPLÚN (1995, 2003) demonstrating the working method of a chool-radio.The implementation of a radio-school was accompanied in workshops. Radio-school was set at a public school in the year 2007 in Curitiba city, from September to December. For such an implementation, strategies were used such as observation, questionnaires, interviews, ethnographic reports and analysis of documents. All the uneasiness, negotiations, limitations and achievements were escribed.
Students’ radiophonic productions were oriented by a school partner institution. The project fostered team work, autonomy and respect to cultural diversity while empowering teens’ protagonism and stood out the edu-communication.
