O processo de transformação industrial e os efeitos da reestruturação produtiva do sujeito soldados paranaense

Abstract

Resumo: Esse estudo parte metodologicamente de uma perspectiva dedutiva, onde a crise da modernidade e as mudanças no mundo do trabalho impulsionam a sociedade a modificar as formas de produzir bens materiais, levando o operário a uma condição flexível de trabalho. O ideário moderno e a falsa idéia de que o período iluminista traria consigo a liberdade e desenvolvimento social se mostrou ineficaz, levando a outras formas de dominação da classe trabalhadora. Encarado como processo, as mudanças sucessivas na história da indústria moderna desde o advento do Taylorismo e as sucessivas formas de produção que atravessaram o século XX também fizeram parte da análise, tendo como foco principal o significado das mudanças no chão de fábrica e seus reflexos nas relações sociais em sua época e contexto. ransformações no ambiente da solda anterior a reestruturação produtiva no Brasil e a adoção na planta de duas empresas multinacionais produtoras de veículos em relação ao ofício da solda nos termos dessa reestruturação no estado do Paraná fazem parte do estudo. E por fim, o objeto de estudo, ou seja, o sujeito soldador de Curitiba e Região Metropolitana (RMC) que através de entrevistas pode transmitir elementos que caracterizaram a sua fala em torno, primeiro, de um sentimento ambivalente em relação a sua condição de trabalho e finalmente evidenciaram o caráter invasivo de sua subjetividade, imposta por um regime de trabalho, cuja responsabilização e o controle técnico sobre a atividade da solda são elementos marcantes da atividade hoje nessas duas empresas pesquisadas.

Abstract: This study is methodologically a deductive approach, where the modernity crisis modernity and the changing world of work pushing the society to change the ways of producing material goods, prompting the worker to a flexible working conditions. The modern ideas and the false idea that the Enlightenment would bring freedom and social development has proved ineffective, leading period to other forms of domination of the working class. Facing as a process, the successive changes in the history of modern industry since the advent of Taylorism and the successive forms of production that went through the twentieth century were also part of the analysis, focusing on the main significance of the changes on the factory floor and its impact on social relations in its time and context. Changes in the environment of welding prior to productive restructuring in Brazil and the adoption of the plan from two multinational companies producing vehicles in relation to the craft of welding in accordance with that restructuring in the state of Paraná are part of the study. Finally, the object of study, that is, the welder subject and Curitiba Metropolitan Region (CMR) through interviews that can transmit elements that characterized his speech around, first, a feeling ambivalent about his condition work and finally revealed the pervasiveness of his subjectivity imposed by a way of work, the accountability and technical control over the activity of the weld are main features of the activity today in these two companies surveyed.
