Estudo de características de crescimento e carcaça de suinos Landrace X Large White com diferentes grupos genéticos

Resumo: Utilizou-se de análise comparativa testando o desempenho e as Características de carcaça de suínos das linhagens Sadia, Seguers, Ms-60 DB, Agroceres e Duroc. Foram incluídas no estudo quatro características de desempenho: peso inicial (PI), peso do leitão aos q uarenta dias (PM50), peso do leitão aos oitenta dias (80), peso do leitão aos cem dias (PM100) e peso do leitão ao cento e vinte dias (PM120), foram ainda avaliados o Ganho de Peso, Consumo Médio Diário e conversão Alimentar para as mesmas idades citadas. Foi avaliado características de carcaça de todas as linhagens onde avaliou-se: espessura de toucinho (ET), quantidade de músculos na carcaça ( MUSC), carne magra (CM), porcentagem de carne magra (PCAR) cor da carne (COR), viscosidade (VCOR). Os resultados estatísticos revelaram que as linhagens DB, Agorceres, Duroc e Sadia apresentaram resultados superiores para as características: PI até PM (120), GDP em todas as fases e VCOR, essas mesmas linguagens apresentaram piores medias em ET, COR e CMD. As outras duas linhagens analisadas apresentaram boas medias somente na analise de característica de carcaça: ET,RC,CO,e VCOR, já nos índices de desempenho observou-se resultados

Abstract: It was used comparative analysis to test the performance and the Characteristics of swine’s carcass of , Seguers, Ms-60, DB, Agroceres and Duroc .Four characteristics of performance had been I ncluded In this study: initial weight (PI), weight of piglet with 50 days (PM50), weight Of piglet in the 80 days (80), weight of piglet with 100 days ( PM100) and Weight with 120 days (PM120), still had been evaluated the weight profit, average consumption daily and alimentary conversion to the same ages cited. The characteristics of carcass of all the pedigrees had been observed in which it was evaluated: thickness f lard (ET), quantity of muscles in the Carcass (MUSC), lean (CM), percentage of lean (PCAR), color of the meat (COR),Viscosity of meat (VCOR). The statistical results had shown that the pedigrees DB, Agroceres , Duroc and Sadia were presented superior results to the characteristics: PI Until PM120, GDP in all the phases and VCOR, theses same pedigee presented worse averages in ET, COR, and CMD . The others two pedigrees analyzed presented good average only in the analyses of characteristics of carcass: ET, RC, COR, CM and VCOR, already in the indices of performance was had observed results below of the averages of the animals. In the item no had difference statistics between the pedigrees.
