Violência na escola : resgatar a cidadania

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo pensar sobre algumas questões relativas ao desenvolvimento emocional do adolescente e a violência que envolve os jovens nos dias atuais. O presente trabalho contribuirá para que os professores do Ensino Fundamental possam pensar e estruturar sua prática cotidiana sob uma perspectiva crítica, contextualizando sobre a violência para que possam contribuir na formação de um cidadão crítico. Trata-se de um trabalho de intervenção, desenvolvido no Colégio Estadual Antonio Martins de Mello - Ensino Fundamental e Médio, mantido pelo Governo Estadual, no município de Ibaiti tendo como sujeitos 27 alunos da quinta série do Ensino Fundamental. A intervenção foi realizada e um período de três meses, no período vespertino, em cinco momentos: no primeiro realizou-se a apresentação do projeto aos alunos. No segundo os alunos assistiram um vídeo pela professora na televisão, descrevendo depois um texto com o tema da lousa: "Violência do jeito que está não dá pra ficar". No terceiro momento, os alunos assistiram um vídeo retirados do Youtube sobre a "A Paz", onde puderam criar uma paródia com tema Paz na Escola a partir da melodia da música. No quarto, trabalhei o exercício de percepção: Como a violência aparece na TV? Através da violência também é gerada por uma série de atitudes que estimulam posturas de discriminação, de agressividade desmedida e injustificada. No quinto, momento junto aos alunos trabalharei em grupo: desenhos e palavras, perguntando a eles o que representa a violência para você, livros, recortes de jornais e revistas, pesquisas na internet, relatando o que assimilaram nos encontros anteriores. Os cartazes foram pregados na parede da sala. Como resultado, foi possível identificar a necessidade dos alunos em ter informações sobre os tipos de violência, notou-se que a grande participação dos alunos através das perguntas que trazem importantes pistas para a compreensão de como os jovens lidam com a violência: para alguns, as violências se apresentam comuns e banalizadas, para outros como conseqüência da discriminação racial e da exclusão social, são vários os que se identificam como violências as que causam danos físicos, mas há os que reconhecem como tal aqueles que provocam dor, medo, tristeza, baixa auto-estima, desvalorização e não reconhecimento da dignidade como que todos merecem ser tratados. Conclui-se que o objetivo do estudo foi alcançado, e que houve mudanças positivas na escolha deste projeto, uma vez que os alunos se conscientizem dos problemas e desigualdades, possibilitando gerar solidariedade para combater a violência, melhorando a relação da escola com a comunidade, depositando uma responsabilidade no tratamento da violência, mediante a criação de um ambiente de cooperação e que valorizem e mantenham o patrimônio da escola, o qual passa a ser visto como um bem coletivo.

Abstract: This research aims to think about some issues relating to the emotional development of adolescents and violence involving young people today. This work will contribute to that elementary school teachers can structure their thinking and daily practice in a critical, contextualizing the violence to which they can contribute to the formation of a critical Citizen. The objective was to develop research and observation on violence in the school where the fifth-graders had a great acceptance on the proposed theme proved to be able to mount an intervention. This is an intervention program, developed in the State College Antonio Martins de Mello - Elementary and High School, maintained by the State Government, the municipality of Ibaiti the subjects were 27 students from fifth grade on. The intent was performed and a period of three months, in the afternoon, on five occasions: the first was held to present the project to students. In the second students watched a video by the teacher on television pendrive, after describing a text with the theme of the blackboard: "Violence is not the way it gives to stay." In the third phase, the students watched a video removed from Youtube on the "Peace", where they could create a parody-themed Peace School from the melody of the song. In the fourth, worked the exercise of perception: As violence appears on TV? Through violence is also generated by a series of attitudes that foster attitudes of discrimination, unreasonable and unjustified aggression. In the fifth, when the students will work together in groups, drawings and words, asking them what violence represents for you, books, clippings from newspapers and magazines, internet searches, reporting what was assimilated in previous meetings. The posters were nailed to the wall of the room. As a result, we identified the need for students to have information about the types of violence, it was noted that the large student participation through questions that provide important clues for understanding how young people cope with violence: for some, the violence were found common and trivial, for others as a result of racial discrimination and social exclusion, there are many who identify themselves as the violence that causes physical harm, but there are those who recognize it as such those that cause pain, fear, sadness, low self-esteem, devaluation and non-recognition of the dignity that everyone deserves to be treated. We conclude that the objective was achieved, and that there were positive changes in the choice of this project, since students aware of the problems and inequalities, enabling generate solidarity to combat violence, improving the relationship between school and community, depositing a responsibility in the treatment of violence, by creating an environment of cooperation and to enhance and maintain the heritage of the school, which is seen as a collective good.
