Análise de viabilidade técnica e financeira para migração do mercado cativo para o mercado livre de energia : um estudo de caso

Abstract

Resumo : O Mercado Livre de Energia, também conhecido como Ambiente de Contratação Livre – ou ACL –, é uma opção procurada por diversas empresas como forma de economia na fatura de energia. Como o nome já sugere, o ACL é um ambiente em que é possível o consumidor negociar livremente com geradores e comercializadores os termos contratuais. Porém, para que um agente possa migrar para o Mercado Livre de Energia, é necessário estar de acordo com as normas e atender aos requisitos técnicos. Assim sendo, este trabalho teve como objetivo fazer a análise técnico-financeira de uma rede de supermercados da região metropolitana de Curitiba, de forma a verificar se a empresa cumpre as normas e, ainda, se o Mercado Livre de Energia pode de fato proporcionar uma economia na fatura de energia. O estudo de caso realizado com a empresa parceira considerou um período de um ano e resultou em uma economia significativa em todos os meses projetados. Abstract : The Free Energy Market, also known as the Free Contracting Environment is an option sought after by several companies as a way to save energy bills. As the name already suggests, the ACL is an environment in which it is possible for the consumer to freely negotiate contractual terms with generators and traders. However, for an agent to migrate to the Free Energy Market, it is necessary to comply with the rules and meet the technical requirements. Therefore, this work aimed to carry out a technical-financial analysis of a supermarket chain in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, in order to verify whether the company complies with the norms and, furthermore, whether Free Energy Market can in fact provide savings on the invoice. power.
