Posição salario do professor de ensino médio na rede privada de ensino no estado do Paraná

Abstract

Resumo : Este estudo analisa as diferentes formas de valorização dos professores, no ensino médio, quanto a sua remuneração, seus deveres e suas obrigações, nas redes pública e privada de ensino, considerando também os seus benefícios. Para isso, utiliza-se a revisão bibliográfica, a legislação da área de educação especialmente a LDB, as leis que regem o trabalho dos estabelecimentos de ensino nas redes privadas (CLT) e dados comparativos da RAIS e das Convenções Coletivas de Trabalho 2007-2008 e 2012-2013. A remuneração dos professores deve ser estabelecida considerando o piso salarial estabelecido nas leis apresentadas nas Convenções Coletivas do trabalho. As convenções coletivas são firmadas entre Sindicato dos Estabelecimentos Particulares de Ensino do Estado do Paraná -SINEPE/PR e o Sindicato dos Professores no Estado do Paraná-SINPROPAR.

Abstract : This study examines the different ways of valuing teachers in high school , as their remuneration , their duties and obligations , in public and private school systems , also considering its benefits . For this, we use the literature review, the legislation in the field of education especially the LDB , the laws governing the private network teaching ( CLT ) and comparative data from RAIS and collective labor agreements from 2007 to 2008 and from 2012 to 2013 . The teacher pay should be established considering the salary floor established in the laws set forth in the Collective Agreements work. Collective agreements are signed between the Union of Private Educational Institutions of the State of Parana - SINEPE / PR and the Teachers Union in State of Paraná - SINPROPAR .
