Abstract: The objective of this research was to develop a method that enables students of a higher education institution to express their feelings about the obstacles that stand in their academic journeys, as well as the solutions found through virtual environments that contribute reducing dropout rates at this level of education in Brazil. Along with the development of the method, it was also proposed to conduct a feedback and evaluation of the participating students on the method and a report on the experience of participation and any gains in permanence, inclusion and psychological well-being. Two Conversation Wheels were held at the beginning of the research, four Virtual Environment Writing Workshop activities and a Closing Interview. It was found that the participants were able to use the resources in virtual environment to express themselves; The participation of all stakeholders in face-to-face activities due to time differences did not occur. The search for policies and methods that reduce suffering and the consequent dropout/nonpermanence in higher education demands more research in this context, given the difficulty of finding a significant number of articles in this regard. In the same way, the research elucidates the need to think about new forms of work for the psychologist in the educational context, and for the insights as a new field for this professional, which offers speech spaces to the students.
