As normas legais do ensino médio e as tensões e promessas na relação trabalho e juventude

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa consiste em uma reflexão teórica da relação juventude, educação e trabalho através da contextualização histórica, social e cultural do jovem e da sua inserção no mercado de trabalho e a sua relação com a educação (ÁRIES, 1981; ABRAMO, 1994; BIDERMAN e GUIMARÃES, 2004; BOURDIEU, 2008; CARRANO, 2010), o dilema do desemprego enfrentado pela juventude (HARVEY, 1998; POCHMAN, 2001) e como a conjuntura das políticas educacionais brasileira encontra este jovem na condição de estudante do Ensino Médio e trabalhador (BEISIEGEL, 2002; OLIVEIRA, 2002; FRIGOTTO e CIAVATTA, 2003; SPOSITO e GALVÃO, 2004), geralmente marcada por desigualdades sociais e econômicas entre outras diversas implicações que incidem diretamente sob a educação e o trabalho no Brasil. A presente pesquisa também apresenta um contexto histórico do Ensino Médio brasileiro (KUENZER, 1997; SOUZA, 2008), dando maior ênfase na atual reforma (DANTE, LIMA FILHO e SILVA, 2015; FERRETTI, 2018) e suas implicações no cotidiano do jovem estudante e trabalhador.

Abstract: This research consists of a theoretical reflection of the relationship youth, education and work through the historical, social and cultural contextualization of young people and their insertion in the labor market and its relation with education (ÁRIES, 1981; ABRAMO, 1994; BIDERMAN e GUIMARÃES, 2004; BOURDIEU, 2008; CARRANO, 2010), the unemployment dilemma faced by youth (HARVEY, 1998; POCHMAN, 2001) and how the conjuncture of Brazilian educational policies finds this youth as a high school student and worker ( BEISIEGEL, 2002; OLIVEIRA, 2002; FRIGOTTO and CIAVATTA, 2003; SPOSITO and GALVÃO, 2004), usually marked by social and economic inequalities among other diverse implications that directly affect education and work in Brazil. This research also presents a historical context of Brazilian High School (KUENZER, 1997; SOUZA, 2008), giving greater emphasis to the current reform (DANTE, LIMA FILHO and SILVA, 2015; FERRETTI, 2018) and its implications in the daily life of young students and hardworking.
