Abstract: Dissertation integrates the line of research Teorias e Práticas de Ensino na Educação Básica (Theories and Practices of Teaching in Basic Education) of the Master's Program in Education, from Universidade Federal do Paraná (Federal University of Paraná, UFPR). It aims to analyze how beliefs and conceptions in teaching work are constituted, in view of the innovative pedagogical methodologies of teachers in a public school. It is expected to contribute to the training of teachers, in a dialogical and reflective perspective within the school, with teachers in the area of Language of the sixth grades of Middle School. To think about, from their teaching practices, what they do and how they do, guided by the theoretical and methodological foundations of Pedagogy by Paulo Freire (1997), which defends the school as a unique and, at the same time, plural space to teach students how to "read the world" in order to transform it. Based on this principle, an investigation design was instituted; it starts from dialogue, a phenomenon present in the actionmeditation of the problems and needs defined by the teaching collective with a focus on the processes of "action-meditation-action". There is an urgent need to rethink educational practices, in view of social transformations and the need to incorporate communication devices in the teaching-learning processes, as important elements for the effective and active participation of students and teachers, based on their immediate concrete reality. Therefore, the qualitative research is developed through the following methodological instruments: systematic literature review; Depaepe; Verschaffel; Kelchtermans, 2013, Vosgerau; Romanowski, 2014.); study and debate circles in a dialogical approach (FREIRE, 1982, 1983a, 1983b, 1987, 1989, 2014, 2018); and appropriation of technologies in the classroom context (CAMAS, 2019; FOFONCA, 2018; VICKERY, 2016). Narrative research is used as a method for active thinking and listening, via digital narratives of teaching beliefs and concepts (CRESWELL, 2014). To give concreteness to research on teacher education, Freire's studies (1982, 1983a, 1983b, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1991, 1996, 1997, 2001a, 2001b, 2002, 2013, 2014, 2018), Demo (2003 , 2004), Behrens (2013), Imbernón (2009) and Nóvoa (1992a, 1992b, 1995) were important to weave dialogical thinking towards practice-theory-practice and, therefore, elucidate necessary convergences to analyze innovative methods that can break paradigms and bring new horizons of dialogue and active listening to educational practice. The investigation was placed as a connection between the university and the school, allowing ponderations during the formative meetings in order to bring up the teachers' beliefs and conceptions narrated by themselves, establishing elements that weave a network of meanings around the concepts essential to training in context, in order for educational institutions to perceive themselves as the main responsible for the insertion of communicational devices and the use of Innovative Pedagogical Methodologies, revealed in the teaching narratives, in which it is evident that the transformations of education and teaching actions need to start from within schools, with the teachers' active participation.
