Cela de aula : espaço de ensino - aprendizagem

Abstract

Resumo: Neste trabalho de pesquisa buscou-se estudar a cela de aula como espaço de ensino-aprendizagem, em três unidades prisionais do Sistema Penitenciário do Estado do Paraná, entre 2004 e 2006. Tinha-se como objetivo caracterizar as relações estabelecidas na Educação de Jovens e Adultos, Fase I no Ensino Fundamental. Procurou-se traçar o perfil dos (as) educandos (as), refletir as relações estabelecidas na cela de aula a partir do conteúdo curricular desenvolvido, trabalhar com metodologias alternativas, considerar as vozes dos (as) educandos (as) e descrever a formação continuada do professor, educador e autor do trabalho. A metodologia usada foi a da pesquisa participante na forma de pesquisa-ação. A caracterização do processo pedagógico na cela de aula teve na construção do perfil do (a) educando (a) preso (a) uma contribuição importante, para se saber quais experiências escolares que já tinham vivenciado, antes e depois do ingresso na instituição carcerária, e incorporá-las, dentro das possibilidades, ao trabalho pedagógico. Vivenciaram uma prática educativa onde o diálogo e a ação-reflexão constituíram-se em ricos instrumentos de trabalho da cooperativa escolar, construída com a participação de todos os envolvidos. Estudaram os conteúdos de Língua portuguesa, Matemática, Estudo da Sociedade e da Natureza, Educação Artística e Educação Física, interdisciplinarizados na livre expressão, na livre investigação, na organização cooperativa. Consideradas as limitações impostas pelas condições objetivas do espaço prisional, conseguiu-se viabilizar o trabalho educativo escolar numa proposta de educação pelo trabalho que poderá contribuir, com as modestas realizações iniciais acontecidas, e ser progressivamente aperfeiçoado.

Abstract: This work aimed to study the "classcell" as a teaching/learning space, in three different penitentiary units of the Penitenciary System of the State of Paraná, between 2004 and 2006. The main goal of the project was to characterize the relations held in the process and in the physical space as well, in the Fundamental Levels of teaching for youngsters and adults, Phase I. We tried to set the profile of the students; reflect the relations established in the "classcell" out of the developed curricular contents; work with alternative methodologies; consider the students' "voices"; describe the continued formation of the teacher, educator and author of the work. The used methodology was the participative research, in the form of research-action. The characterization of the pedagogical project in the "classcell" had the constitution of the profile of the prisoner student as a great contribution in order to get to know which school experiences they had already been through and add such experiences to the posibilities of the pedagogical work. It was experienced a teaching practice in which the dialogue and the action/reflection were considered rich instruments of work for the school collective which was constructed here. There were studied contents of the Portugueses Language, Maths, Studies of the Society and Nature, Artistic Studies, interdisciplined with free expression, free investigation and co-operative organization. Taking into account the limitations of the conditions of the prisional area, it was possible to promote the school teaching work as a proposition of education through work which might contribute with the modest initial accomplishments, and be gradually improved.
