Cotas raciais : uma política afirmativa na perspectiva das mulheres negras

Resumo : O presente artigo é resultado de uma análise construída com base nas políticas afirmativas de cotas raciais da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa e irá abordar questões de gênero e raça. O objetivo aqui proposto é problematizar quais as perspectivas das mulheres negras contatadas sobre as políticas de cotas raciais da UEPG. A pesquisa atual é uma produção analítica discursiva, pois terá como material de estudo, dados e discursos das mulheres negras entrevistadas. As análises foram construídas com base em respostas de onze mulheres negras (sete pretas e quatro pardas), sendo nove brasileiras e duas estrangeiras africanas (naturais da Nigéria e de São Tomé e Princípe). As onze participantes apresentaram discursos favoráveis as políticas afirmativas de cotas raciais e deste modo, os dados presentes neste trabalho buscam expor qual é o pensar predominante das entrevistadas em relação ao assunto e suas justificativas. O referencial metodológico desta pesquisa, ampara-se no método quantitativo proposto por Minayo e Sanches (1993) e ainda na metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa embasada em Córdova e Silveira (2009); Minayo (1994). Em relação aos aportes teóricos, Gomes (2005), Munanga (2004/2007), Santos (2009) e Hall (2003), se fazem presente, pois são autores que abordam aspectos que se relacionam, entre eles questões raciais, identitárias e política de cotas. Abstract : This article is the result of an analysis built on the basis of affirmative policies of racial quotas of Ponta Grossa State University and will address gender and race issues. The goal here is to discuss proposed the outlook of respondents black women on the policy of racial quotas of UEPG. Current research is a discursive analytical production, it will have as study material, data and speeches of the interviewees black women. The analyzes were based on responses of eleven black women (seven black and brown four), nine Brazilian and two African foreign (natural Nigeria and Sao Tome and Principe). The eleven interviewed presented affirmative policies speeches in favor of racial quotas and thus the data presented in this work seek to expose what is the prevailing thinking of the interviewees on the subject and their justifications. The methodological framework of this research, we seek refuge in the quantitative method proposed by Minayo and Sanches (1993) and also in qualitative research methodology grounded in Cordoba and Silveira (2009); Minayo (1994). Regarding the theoretical contributions, Gomes (2005), Munanga (20042007), Santos (2009) and Hall (2003), to do this, because they are intellectuals who address issues that relate, including racial, and political identity quota.
