Participação nos lucros ou resultados : subordinação e gestao da subjetividade
Resumo
As formas reais de subordinação do trabalho ao capital modificam-se ao longo da história do capitalismo. O conceito jurídico de subordinação não é imune a tais transformações. Durante grande parte do século XX um determinado modo de organização da produção foi hegemônico: o taylorismo-fordismo. Isto se refletiu, entre outras coisas, na formação da subjetividade operária, no modelo das organizações representativas dos trabalhadores e também na disciplina jurídica dos conflitos entre capital e trabalho. O final do século passado é marcado por profundas transformações no "mundo do trabalho". Reestruturam-se as organizações e flexibilizam-se direitos. Prepondera a "empresa enxuta". Valoriza-se a autonomia no interior da prestação subordinada de trabalho. Diminuem-se os graus hierárquicos, institui-se o trabalho em equipe e a noção de polivalência. Afrouxa-se a disciplina, porém são introduzidos novos expedientes de controle. O renascimento da Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados (PLR) na pauta governamental, empresarial e sindical brasileiras ao final da década de 1990 insere-se neste contexto de flexibilização da regulação do trabalho e reorganização das práticas de gestão. Por um lado almeja-se a redução de custos, já que sobre parcela paga a título de PLR não incidem encargos trabalhistas e previdenciários, por outro se busca introduzir uma nova forma de controle baseada mais no alcance de metas pré-fixadas do que na vigilância minuciosa de todo o processo de trabalho. Pesquisa-se como tais mudanças refletem-se na organização do trabalho nas montadoras de Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (Volkswagen-Audi, Renault e Volvo). Especialmente, como a pactuação da PLR no âmbito destas empresas interage com as formas de gestão características das empresas "enxutas" e até que ponto a fixação de diversas metas de produção representa uma efetiva mudança na forma de subordinação do trabalho ao capital. Abstract: The real ways of work subordination to capital modify through history of capitalism. Thejuridical concept of subordination isn't immune to these changes. During a long time in the 20m century there was a hegemonic specific means of production organization: the taylorismfordism. lt reflected. among other things, on the formation of a worker subjectivity. on the \\orker's representative organizations model and also on juridical discipline of conflicts between work and capital. The end ofthe last century is marked by deep changes on the world of work. The organizations are restructured. the rights are made flexible. The "lean corporations" are predominant. The self-determination inside the subordinated work is biased. The hierarchic degrees are reduced. the group work and the notion of polyvalence are established. The discipline is loosed. but new means of control are introduced. The reborn of profit sharing inside government. corporate and union's agendas in the end of 9O°s is part of this context of' flexibility on work regulation and management reorganization. On one side the goal is profit reduction. once the profit shares don°t bring work and insurance benefits, on the other side there is a new way of control based rather on pre-determined goals than on intense sun/eillance of the whole uork process. Some researches focus on how these changes reflect on the work organization inside car assembly industries of Curitiba's metropolitan region (Volkswagen-Audi. Renault and Volvo). Specially. these researches focus on how the establishment of profit sharing in these companies interacts with the management characteristics of lean companies and until what point the lots of production goals represent a effective changing on the work subordination to capital.
