Cultura política no litoral do Paraná : a UFPR-Litoral e "as águas de março"

Resumo: Nesse trabalho disserta-se acerca da Cultura política, com vistas a traduzir parcelas da realidade social, principalmente no que se refere à participação social e ao uso do poder. Debruça-se nos aspectos políticos e culturais que direta e/ou indiretamente influenciam a construção da cultura política do povo Litorâneo. E com base nos desdobramentos que afetam os processos decisórios, explicita-se em que medida o capital social e os valores políticos dos sujeitos incide na construção e na consolidação do pensar e do construir valores e ações sociopolíticas. O estudo a-presenta também, um diagnóstico que compila os principais condicionantes so-cioeconômicos, sociopolíticos, socioambientais e socioculturais da região. Todo o estudo parte da experiência vivenciada junto a algumas comunidades do Litoral, no que foi o maior desastre socioambiental já ocorrido na região ("as águas de Março de 2011") e culmina na tradução da educação enquanto elemento essencial de possíveis mudanças na cultura política a partir da participação popular. Abstract: This report discusses the political culture, in order to translate portions of the social reality, particularly regarding social participation and the use of power. It focuses on political and cultural aspects that directly and/ or indirectly influence the construction of the political culture of the Coastal people. Based on developments that affect deci-sion-making processes, it explicitly the extent to which social capital and political val-ues of the subject focuses on the construction and consolidation of think in grand builds values and socio-political actions. This study al so shows a diagnosed is that compiles the main socio-economic, socio-political, environmental and socio-cultural conditions of the region. All the study parts from the experience of some communities along the coast, in what was the largest environ mental disaster that has occurred in the region ("the waters of March 2011") and culminates in the translation of education as essential element of possible changes in the political culture from popular participation.
