Representação dos legados étnicos da comunidade de Castrolanda (Paraná, Brasil)-

Abstract

Resumo: Os legados étnicos das comunidades de imigrantes vêm sendo utilizados com fins turísticos para divulgar a cultura de etnias que se fazem presentes no Brasil e que muitos dos brasileiros não têm conhecimento sobre elas. Para que uma comunidade possa se beneficiar desta atividade é necessário haver um planejamento, no qual seja possível resguardar as tradições e os costumes desses povos. Conforme as primeiras explanações indica-se o objeto de estudo, a comunidade de Castrolanda formada por imigrantes holandeses que se faz presente no estado do Paraná. Neste trabalho procura-se compreender as representações que os moradores têm sobre os seus legados étnicos, apresentando aqueles que segundo os moradores representam a cultura holandesa da época que eles viviam na Holanda. Desta forma o objetivo geral deste trabalho era o de analisar os legados étnicos da comunidade de Castrolanda, de modo a identificar qual a sua representação para os imigrantes e descendentes nela residentes, sendo a metodologia qualitativa de caráter sistemático. Como síntese dos resultados obtidos, identificou-se por meio das entrevistas que os legados étnicos são representações sociais da comunidade de Castrolanda, sendo a religião e união elementos que os representam como ser holandês e ser castrolandense.

Abstract: The legacy of ethnic immigrant communities have been used for tourism purposes to promote the culture of ethnic groups that are present in Brazil and that many Brazilians have no knowledge about them. In order to the community gets benefit from this activity is necessary to have a plan, in which to safeguard the traditions and customs of these peoples. As the first explanations it states the object of study, the community of Castrolanda formed by Dutch immigrants that is present in the state of Paraná. This paper seeks to understand the representations that residents have about their ethnic legacy, presenting according to residents who represent the Dutch culture of the time they lived in Holland. Thus the aim of this study was to examine ethnic legacies of Castrolanda community, to identify what your representation to immigrants and descendants residing therein, and the qualitative methodology of systematic character. As a summary of the results obtained, it was identified through interviews that ethnic legacies are social representations of Castrolanda community, and religion, and union elements that represent them as being Dutch and being castrolandense.
