Psicanálise e direitos humanos : a produção da subjetividade, o estatuto do ódio e o sujeito LGBT's

Abstract

Resumo: Por meio deste trabalho, fez-se um estudo sobre a manifestação da violência pelo recorte da homofobia com sujeitos LGBT's. Adentrou-se a obra freudiana (1905 a 1925), objetivando apreender pela luz da psicanálise a condição subjetiva do sujeito em relação à sexualidade. O ponto central da pesquisa foi alcançado pelo desenho do que denominouse de estatuto do ódio que foi composto com elementos primordiais da constituição do sujeito. O estatuto denuncia o enlace destrutivo ao outro dessemelhante, aqui representado pelo sujeito LGBT's, denuncia uma manifestação do conteúdo arraigado no inconsciente, que alcança o fim último de um gozo do ódio caracterizado pela discriminação preconceituosa e cruel. Tendo em vista as múltiplas violências com o sujeito LGBT's, buscaram-se reflexões pelo viés dos direitos humanos, pensando-se à relação mútua entre indivíduo e sociedade nas múltiplas realidades apreendidas pelo campo das políticas públicas em nosso país - avanços e impasses na transformação social. Essas informações nos levaram a destacar algumas ações e, com isso, transmitimos uma noção geral do contexto sócio-político na tendência de quebra da exclusão dos sujeitos LGBT's. Nessa perspectiva, destacou-se a necessidade de se construir urgentemente uma realidade social mais justa, mais bem alicerçada sobre o conhecimento científico, ético e político. Abordou-se, por fim, uma cultura de Paz, como uma proposta de educação voltada para o reconhecimento e a valorização da diversidade, com vistas à cidadania, minimização da opressão sócio-política e manejo de conflitos para uma não violência.

Abstract: Through this work, we carried out a study on the manifestation of violence by cropping subjects with homophobia LGBT's. Entered to Freud's work (1905-1925), aiming to learn by the light of psychoanalysis the subjective condition of the subject in relation to sexuality. The focus of the research was achieved by the design of which was called the statute of hatred that was composed with key elements of the constitution of the subject. The statute denounces the destructive link to another dissimilar, here represented by the subject's LGBT denounces a manifestation of content rooted in the unconscious, which reaches the ultimate enjoyment of a hatred characterized by discrimination prejudiced and cruel. Given the multiple violences with fellow LGBT's, looked up reflections from the perspective of human rights, thinking up the mutual relationship between individual and society in multiple realities seized by the field of public policy in our country - advances and dilemmas in social transformation . This information led us to highlight some actions and thereby convey a general sense of socio-political context in the downward trend of exclusion of subjects LGBT's. From this perspective, they emphasized the urgent need to build a social reality fairer, better grounded on scientific knowledge, ethical and political. It approaches ultimately a culture of peace, as an education proposal focused on recognizing and valuing diversity, aiming to citizenship, minimizing the socio-political oppression and conflict management for nonviolence.
