Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar a intervenção psicanalítica com jovens em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação. Nesse contexto especial, essa clínica adquire novos formatos, sobretudo no manejo da transferência, e em alguns elementos da técnica. Por esta razão, este estudo traz a articulação teórica da psicanálise com a experiência vivenciada em uma unidade de internação para adolescentes infratores. Por conceber que a intervenção psicanalítica circunscreve-se na díade paciente-analista, a "comum-idade" - o sujeito adolescente - é o foco da discussão, que também aborda o conceito de sujeito, especialmente o freudiano. Em seguida, reflexões psicanalíticas pertinentes à adolescência foram consideradas, bem como as temáticas relacionadas à formação de grupos, às famílias dos jovens, à sociedade e ao universo infracional - nesse ponto, surge o segundo sentido da terminologia "comum-idade": a comunidade em si, que não exclui a tensão dialética entre o sujeito e o social, a família, o grupo, ou mesmo entre o sujeito e a unidade socioeducativa. Quanto a essa última, realizou-se uma apresentação da trajetória do sistema socioeducativo para contextualizar, do ponto de vista do dispositivo legal, a intervenção psicanalítica inserida nesse lugar. A partir dessas considerações, encaminhou-se para a discussão dos limites e das possibilidades da clínica psicanalítica em uma instituição disciplinar, em busca de uma escuta do sujeito adolescente para além do ato infracional. Nesse ínterim, uma lacuna no lugar da simbolização distinguiu o ato ilegal do ato que diz algo sobre o recalcado - logo, um acting out em campo simbólico -, e tal distinção delineou a possibilidade de uma intervenção psicanaliticamente orientada junto a esses jovens.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the psychoanalytic intervention with young people under socio-educational intervention. In this special context, that clinic takes new forms, especially in the management of transference and in some elements of the technique. For this reason, this study provides a theoretical articulation between psychoanalysis and the everyday lived experience in an inpatient unit. Since it was conceived that the psychoanalytic intervention is circumscribed by a patient-analyst dyad, the so-called in this work "common-age group" - the adolescent subjects - is focused in the discussion which approaches the concept of the subject, especially the freudian one. In addition, psychoanalytic reflections relevant to adolescence were considered such as the issues related to the formation of small groups inside the group itself, the juvenile offenders' families, the society, and, finally, the common land of the correctional education - in this point, another meaning for the new term "common-age group" arises, and it doesn't exclude the dialectical tension between the subject and the alleged external entities such as the society and the family, or between the member and the group itself. Regarding the socioeducational unity, a presentation of its trajectory is considered to contextualize, from a legal point of view, the psychoanalytic intervention inserted into that place, followed by the discussion of the limits and the possibilities of the psychoanalytic clinic in a disciplinary institution, especially in search of listening the young subjects and exceeding the adolescent infraction. Meanwhile, the lack of symbolization distinguished the non-legal action and the acting out in a symbolic field, and it outlined the possibility of a psychoanalytically oriented intervention with these young people.
