I, do inglês Minimal Orbital Basis for Single Configuration Interactions ). Abstract: In this work, we present the elastic and electronically inelastic cross sections for the low-energy electron scattering by pyrazine, pyrrole, 2H-pyran (2 H PY) and 4H-pyran (4 H PY) molecules. To perform the scattering calculations, we employed the Schwinger multichannel method implemented with pseudopotentials (SM C PP). In the case of all molecules considered in this study, the ground state was described at the Hartree-Fock level, while electronically excited states were treated using the Full-Single Configuration Interactions (FSC I) method involving the complete set of single excitations. The inclusion of multichannel coupling effects was carried out following the minimal orbital basis for single configuration interactions (M O B-SC I) strategy. In terms of the obtained results, for each of the molecular systems, we initially explored elastic scattering, discussing aspects related to resonance formation. Subsequently, we investigated the influence of including multichannel coupling effects on the elastic channel of these systems. For the pyrazine molecule, we compared our results with the data available in the literature and found excellent agreement, both with results obtained from different theoretical methods and experimental measurements. When analyzing the pyrrole molecule, we compared our results with a few theoretical data available in the literature and, due to the lack of measurements involving this system, with experimental data for the furan molecule, obtaining very good agreement. In the case of the 2H PY and 4H PY isomers, due to the absence of results for these systems, we compared our results with experimental data related to electron scattering by the benzene molecule and once again observed excellent agreement between our results and experimental data. Additionally, we also examined the electronically inelastic scattering process under the influence of multichannel coupling effects, presenting the electronic excitation of some excited states.
