Abstract: The present work reports on the development of organic solar cells, in a multilayer structure, using TiO2 nanostructures, thin layers of P3HT and PEDOT:PSS in these layers. As main objective to investigate a viable process to synthesize TiO2 nanotubes, ethylene glycol was used as an electrochemical synthesis based. Different times of electrochemical synthesis were chosen to study the effect of time on the structure of nanotubes and on the efficiency of organic solar cells. For the P3HT layer, it was applied the technique of casting and spincoating deposition on the TiO2 nanotubes, performing a heat treatment after the deposition and for the PEDOT:PSS layer, it was applied the technique of aerospray deposition on the P3HT layer and performing another heat treatment after the deposition. The Layers of nanotubes, P3HT and PEDOT:PSS act as active layer for the photoelectric effect of organic solar cells. The titanium that did not suffer the action of electrochemical synthesis and the transparent FTO electrode were used as electrodes. The images obtained via Scanning Electron Microscopy of each time obtained from electrochemical synthesis were used to analyze the structure of the nanotubes, and electrical measurements of voltage and current were performed to analyze the efficiency, raising IxV curves to obtain electrical parameters of the solar cells . Finally, each different time cell was compared in order to determine which of these electrical parameters are affected by the electrochemical system time
