| dc.description.abstract | Resumo: O presente trabalho traz consigo um estudo sobre o um fenômeno recente nas Relações Internacionais, o BRICS. Desde sua concepção o grupo vem chamando atenção no campo político e acadêmico por sua natureza insólita. Iniciar-se-á a discussão com uma apresentação das teorias das Relações Internacionais, além de um texto sobre as pesquisas mais atuais sobre o BRICS. Posto isto, serão expostos dados, contextura e objetivos do grupo. A seção seguinte contém um relatório sobre as reuniões, acordos e declarações, enfim, feitos, com destaque para o Novo Banco de Desenvolvimento e o Fundo Contingente de Reservas. Enfim, sob a luz destes itens, será feita uma análise do grupo sob a ótica construtivista das Relações Internacionais com o intuito de investigar se há um processo convergente ou divergente tomando forma sobre o futuro do BRICS. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This paper seeks to study a rather new phenomenon in the field of International Relations, the BRICS. Since its conceiving, the group has been drawing attention in both political and academic circles for its unparalleled nature. The discussion starts with a demonstration of the main theories in International Relations as well as a brief exposure of the most recent research about the BRICS. With that in mind, a research for data, contexture and objectives of the grouping will be presented in the fourth chapter. The following section contains an array of gatherings, deals and declarations, in general, feats, and with special regard towards the New Development Bank and the Contingent Reserve Arrangement. Then, in light of these elements, an analysis of the grouping will be carried through the constructivist theory of International Relations aiming to inquire if there is a convergent or divergent process taking place over the future of the BRICS. Finally, a terse revision of the discussion will be brought, followed by the conclusions achieved throughout this work | pt_BR |
