Abstract: This research aims to analyze a set of texts written after the Second World War, who claims to have been a conspiracy in Latin America for the formation of the Fourth Reich. This discourse is present in literary works and reports from newspapers and magazines, produced since the end of the war until today. The fact that many people involved with Nazism - as Adolf Eichamann and Josef Mengele - have escaped the Nuremberg tribunal and sought refuge in Latin American lands, set the tone for the appearance of the most fanciful and fantastic versions about their alleged covert activities with a view to reorganize the Nazi party on the continent. The empirical material selected, even if in different genre (literature and reports from newspapers and magazines), emphasizes: genetic experiments with humans, secret meetings, hidden Nazi bases in the jungle, chases and adventures à la Sherlock Holmes and James Bond, the survival of Hitler, the formation of IV Reich on this continent, among others. From the standpoint of theoretical and methodological support ourselves in the reflections on the concept of political imagery, especially in studies that focus on the emotional charge that involves the idea of conspiracy.
