Uma interpretação conservadora revolucionária do político e da ditadura : o potencial totalitário de Carl Schmitt

Abstract

Resumo: Esta tese tem como objeto analisar o potencial totalitário de Carl Schmitt. Tal estudo foi realizado por meio da mediação dos referenciais teóricos do conservadorismo, tanto contrarrevolucionário francohispânico do século XIX quanto revolucionário germânico do século XX. O objetivo deste trabalho é o de realizar a investigação acerca da ligação de Schmitt com a tradição totalitária considerando seus conceitos do político e da ditadura por intermédio da interpretação conservadora de sua filosofia. A questão de fundo que estabelece os limites deste trabalho está orientada à interpretação de tais conceitos. A pesquisa tem como referência a possibilidade de que os conceitos do político e da ditadura examinados se encontrem profundamente impactados por uma base de pensamento totalitário que contamine o próprio âmago da filosofia política e jurídico-constitucional de Carl Schmitt. A releitura de Schmitt vem tendo lugar tanto por parte da extrema direita como pelo pensamento pós-marxista. Ambos os movimentos teóricos realizaram a retomada desta fonte eivada de inexoráveis compromissos conceituais de viés totalitário contra a qual este trabalho se opõe ao pensar o político a partir de uma inexorável ligação com a democracia.

Abstract: This thesis has as analytical object the totalitarian potential of Carl Schmitt. The research was developed with the theoretical mediation of the theoretical references of the conservatism, both Hispano-French counterrevolutionary from the 19th century as German revolutionary from the 20th century. The aim of this work is to achieve the research about the connection between Schmitt and the totalitarian tradition of thought, considering Schmitt's concepts of politics and of dictatorship through the conservative interpretation of his philosophy. The bottom matter that constitutes the limits of this thesis is the accomplishment of the interpretation of these concepts. The research has as reference the possibility that the concepts of politics and dictatorship examined are deeply and irreversibly affected by a totalitarian basis of thought that contaminates the core of Carl Schmitt's political philosophy and constitutional thought. The reinterpretation of Schmitt accomplished from the extreme right and the Pos-Marxist thought. Both theoretical trends recovered this source through a reinterpretation tainted by totalitarian conceptual compromises, against which this work is opposed, due to its inexorable bind with the democracy.
