Turismo em espaços periurbanos : o caminho do vinho em São José dos Pinhais/PR

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo geral desta dissertação é analisar as influências dos processos de implantação de Políticas Públicas para o desenvolvimento turístico na região denominada Caminho do Vinho, município de São José dos Pinhais/PR, no período de 1999 a 2009. Os objetivos específicos são diagnosticar a estrutura operacional do turismo existente em São José dos Pinhais/PR, município que acolhe o Caminho do Vinho; estabelecer relações entre a demanda e a oferta turística existente no município de São José dos Pinhais/PR, e sua influência no atrativo turístico Caminho do Vinho; averiguar o processo do desenvolvimento turístico e seus impactos no município; e identificar o papel das Políticas Públicas para o desenvolvimento turismo no Caminho do Vinho decorrentes das Políticas Públicas em São José dos Pinhais/PR. A metodologia aplicada nesta pesquisa será a de revisão bibliográfica, na formação do arcabouço teórico, suportada por pesquisa de campo, de cunho quantitativo e qualitativo por intermédio de questionários e posterior análise e discussão dos dados coletados. Conclui-se que dentre os efeitos econômicos mais significativos do turismo estão a sua contribuição na geração de empregos e renda, no aumento do intercâmbio comercial entre regiões, na atração de investimentos em infra-estrutura, e na captação de divisas e que existe uma relação direta e consecutiva entre as Políticas Públicas direcionadas à industrialização do município de São José dos Pinhais/PR e o desenvolvimento do turismo local.

Abstract: The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the influences of the processes of implementation of public policies for the tourism development in the area called "Caminho do Vinho" in the municipality of São José dos Pinhais/PR during the period that goes from 1999 to 2009. The specific objectives are to diagnosis the operational structure of the existing tourism in São José dos Pinhais/PR; to establish relations between the demand and the touristic offers that exists in the city of São José dos Pinhais/PR, and its influence in the rural touristic attraction called Caminho do Vinho; to verify the process of the tourism development and its impacts in town; and to identify the role that public policies play for the tourism development in the related area and its influence. The methodology applied in this research will be of bibliographical revision, in the formation of the theoretician frame, supported by field research in its quantitative and qualitative matrix based on questionnaires and posterior analysis and quarrel of the collected data. One concludes that amongst the most significant economic effects towards the tourism activity there are its contribution to the generation of more jobs and increasing income, in the increase of the commercial interchange between regions, in the attraction of investments in infrastructure, and in the raise of investments and that a direct and consecutive relation exists between especific public policies to the industrialization of the city of São José dos Pinhais/PR and the development of the local and surrounding tourism as the Caminho do Vinho.
