Economia solidária : uma proposta de educação não formal

Resumo: O tema desta investigação refere-se aos obstáculos à internalização de valores e princípios da Economia Solidária nas práticas cotidianas de pessoas associadas aos empreendimentos no modelo autogestionário. O estudo apresenta como objetivos: compreender o que impede que os valores e princípios da Economia Solidária se concretizem e transformem as relações entre as pessoas na prática cotidiana; investigar os motivos que levam o discurso sobre as práticas solidárias e cooperativas a não serem realmente internalizados pelos indivíduos; compreender os limites de um processo educacional que busca a emancipação e a autonomia dos grupos populares. A pesquisa foi realizada com o método de estudo de caso e se desenvolveu a partir das seguintes fontes de evidência: entrevista semiestruturada, relatórios apresentados à FINEP nos anos de 2005, 2006 e 2007, e observações em campo. O estudo se desenvolveu com seis participantes do grupo associativo Sabor Natural, que desenvolviam atividades na área de Panificação, residentes na Vila Torres, favela situada na área urbana de Curitiba, estado do Paraná. O grupo em questão era orientado de acordo com a metodologia de incubagem, adotada pelo Programa de Extensão Universitária, da Universidade Federal do Paraná, conhecido como Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares aos moldes da Economia Solidária e do cooperativismo autogestionário. O referencial teórico e metodológico adotado é o da Psicologia Histórico-Cultural de L. S. Vygotsky, que propõe para a análise das informações a constituição de núcleos de significação. Como resultados foram encontrados três núcleos de significação que, por sua vez, permitiram a discussão dos sentidos dados à atividade associada pelos participantes: aprendizagem para o desenvolvimento, regulação X autorregulação e caminho para a autorregulação. As conclusões do estudo indicam que para a Economia Solidária se concretizar como uma alternativa ao capitalismo, as instituições que atuam com grupos populares, organizando unidades produtivas aos moldes de associações e cooperativas autogestionárias, devem estar preparadas para atuar na perspectiva da educação não formal e voltadas ao desenvolvimento das funções psicológicas de adultos pouco escolarizados ou sem escolarização. Isto significa trabalhar articulando a formação para o associativismo ao incremento da escolarização dos associados. Abstract: The theme of this investigation refers to the obstacles to the internalization of values and principles of the Supportive Economy on the daily practices of the associated people to the ventures of the self-management model. The study presents as goals: to comprehend what prevents that the values and practices of the Supportive Economy materialize and transform the relationship among people on the daily practice; to investigate the reasons why the discourse on the supportive practices and co-operatives are not really internalized by individuals; to comprehend which are the limits of an educational process that seeks the empowerment and autonomy of popular groups. The research was accomplished with the method of case study and developed from the following sources of evidence: semistructured interview; reports presented to FINEP on 2005, 2006 and 2007, and field observations. The study was developed with six participants of the associative group Sabor Natural (Natural Flavor) that developed activities on the bakery area, and Vila Torres. residents, slum located in the urban area of Curitiba, Parana State. The group in question was oriented according to the methodology of incubation, adopted by the University Extension Program, from the Federal University of Parana, known as the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives on the mold of Supportive Economy and the self-managed cooperatives.The theoretical and methodological reference is the one from Cultural-historical psychology of L. S Vygotsky, that proposes to the analisys of the information and constitution of Nucleus of Significance. As results were found three nucleus of significance that, in turn, allowed the discussion of the meanings given to the activity associated by the participants: learning to the development, regulating X self-regulation and the path to the self-regulation. The conclusions of the study indicate that for the Supportive Economy materialize as an alternative to capitalism, the institutions that operate as popular groups organizing production units in the molds of associations and self-managed cooperatives, must be prepared to operate on the perspective of the non-formal education and directed to the development of the psychological functions of adults with little schooling or no education. It means working articulating the formation to the associativism to the increment of the schooling of the associated.
