Abstract: The intention here is to address a phenomenon that is observed in clinical practice in outpatient child and youth mental health. This is what psychiatry calls for conduct disorder in adolescence and is characterized by the behavior of adolescents as impulsive acts, unstoppable, disruptive and may take the form of a series of maladaptive behaviors and inappropriate. These acts are presented in a pathological dimension for parents, schools and institutions, and are, in this dissertation, taken as acting out and passage to the act, as worked out by Lacan (1962-1963/2005) in the "Seminar 10: anguish. " If, on the one hand, there is a social demand to the psychoanalyst, for these teenagers to stop bothering him, on the other hand there is an ethical orientation of psychoanalysis, which does not take this act on the pathological dimension, but as something that can summon the person to question about what is happening and allow an analytical work. Regarding these two positions put up impediments to psychoanalysis. On the first, we have a debate on the efficacy of psychoanalysis and the analyst's own difficulty of not responding to this demand. On the second, we are faced in attendance, with satisfaction points that do not allow for the opening which would establish a subjective division. Confronted with this difficulty, the analyst may assume the impossibility of the analytical device. It is intended to argue that there is no chance for work falling into the trap of social demand and one assumes the possibility of a split subject that can be directed to desire. Thus, the objective of this research is to examine these acts from the theoretical support of psychoanalysis - at what level these actions are related to desire, with the object in order to allow a direction of treatment that exceeds the adjustment and affects desire . In the first part of this thesis, we build and analyze the graph of desire presented in Lacan (1957- 1958/1999), in "Seminar 5: The formations of the unconscious" and the article "Subversion of the subject and dialectic of desire in Freudian unconscious "(1960/1998). Then articulates the graph of desire with the object, ranking in the "Seminar 10: Anguish" (1962-1963/2005) and analyzes the acting out and passage to the act in its relations with the object , placing them in the relationships proposed in the graph of desire, so as to allow the formalization of psychoanalytic practice. The second part is structured the resumption theoretical performed with a clinical case brings to the theoretical positions in psychoanalysis found on adolescence and discusses the social demand and the tendency to categorize this event as pathological. It is expected that in the end, it is possible, from the uniqueness of a clinical case, extend toward a treatment that involves the ethics of psychoanalysis to address these cases.
